Dundee & Angus foodbank operates on donations of IN-DATE food. However on occasions they run out of certain commodities and need to buy them. They also run 2 vans to distribute the food round their 2 distribution centres in Angus, 1 distribution centre and warehouse in Dundee and make deliveries
Hackney Night Shelter’s vision is for a route out of homelessness for everyone visiting them. Offering more than a bed & hot meal, they provide professional & holistic support.
Lewisham Foodbank has been operating since October 2012. Their warehouse and team office is located in Forest Hill, and serves their five client centres in Catford, Deptford, Downham, Forest Hill and Lewisham centre. Fur & Feathers, a non-profit, foster based small animal rescue. Their aim is to help small animals in need in & around Birmingham. Their aim is to help lost, abandoned, unwanted pets.
The St Albans and District Foodbank was established in May 2014 as a member of The Trussell Trust’s network of Foodbanks. It is supported by a wide variety of churches, community groups and individuals. They provide emergency food for people in crisis. They help working people as well as those on
Leeds North & West foodbank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in their local area. Founded in Moortown in 2013, they currently have 7 foodbank centres open to clients across North and West Leeds and are running deliveries twice a week
Walker and District Foodbank can give you food if you are in a crisis. They are open on Thursdays. You need to be referred to them by one of their partner agencies. You are then given a food bank voucher to swap for emergency food at the food bank.
This foodbank is run in partnership with local churches, facilitated by Highbridge Area Foodbank. Village Agents are available for help and advice on a Tuesday at their Burnham Foodbank session.
